As Attorney General William Barr hosted a press briefing ahead of the official release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report, President Donald Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen promised that he would “tell it all” soon.
“Soon I will be ready to address the American people again … tell it all … and tell it myself!” Cohen tweeted.
Cohen was replying to a tweet from his attorney and Democratic political operative, Lanny Davis. (RELATED: Michael Cohen Adviser Grilled About Buzzfeed Bombshell)

Cohen worked with Trump for over a decade as his personal lawyer and vice president of the Trump Organization before turning on the president once he was indicted for fraud and perjury after lying to Congress.
Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison at the end of last year as part of a plea deal and is set to report in early May. (REPORT: Cohen Pitched A Book Idea Last Year Before Testimony Claiming Trump Is Not A Liar)
Cohen ripped into Trump during an explosive testimony before the House Oversight and Reform Committee on Capitol Hill earlier this year. During the hearing, Cohen referred to his former boss as a “racist,” “conman” and “cheat” while also making clear that he had no evidence that Trump or his campaign colluded with Russia.
“Questions have been raised about whether I know of direct evidence that Mr. Trump or his campaign colluded with Russia. I do not. I want to be clear. But, I have my suspicions,” Cohen said at the time.
